Supply and Demand
- The market is holding steady with only a small drop year to year for amount of units for sale (supply) and small uptick in units sold (demand). Note non of these changes have had any effect on price. Should the upward trend in sales relative to sold units continue, expect prices to resume an upward climb in tandem with market activity.
- The market appears to be hovering around this plateau. Look for a persistent change in the market activity before we see prices deviate from these levels.
- The month supply of inventory has been on a steady rise but common for this time of year. This trend shows demand falling along with rising supply would point to mildly negative trends for the North Metro Denver market.
